Exactly three weeks after winning the International Bluegrass Music Association’s highest award for instrumentalists, Benton native Josh Williams was called home to accept the “Outstanding Artist of the Year Award” from the Marshall County Arts Commission.

The “MCAC also presented the “Citizen Of The Year Award" to Mr. Gene Gillilan, and their “Educator Of The Year" Award to Ms. Vicky Dowdy.
